About Me
Hi, my name is Bryan Brown! In the classroom, students call me Mr. Brown. I am honored that you have made it to my website and are reading about my journey as an educator. My passion for teaching started in high school as I worked with teachers who were exceptional at providing support and care for my learning, and I want to do the same. I am well aware that math has traditionally been a difficult subject for various reasons. Still, I know firsthand the power of productive struggle and what students stand to gain when they try. I’ll be right along side your learner, giving support to their learning or new ways to think about the math that they are learning, while making sure that they have an opportunity to prove to themself that they are a math person. What or who is a math person, you might ask?
Well, to me, a math person is someone brave enough to make mistakes, but even braver to try again and again.
